Veal and Beef Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients: boiled white cabbage (34%), boiled rice groats (25%), deveined beef of the highest grade (13), deveined veal of the highest grade (10%), fried onions (8%), fried carrots (8%), refined sunflower oil, salt, ground black pepper. Allergens are highlighted in bold.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen. Place cabbage rolls in a pot. Add water or broth until almost covered. Add tomato sauce, sautéed onions, carrots, or sour cream if desired.
Bring to a gentle boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for approximately 90–120 minutes, until fully cooked. Internal temperature must reach 165°F (74°C).
Refreezing is not allowed.
