
Pork and beef cutlets
Ingredients: lean semi-fat pork (23%), lean semi-fat beef (23%), lard (12%), onion (12%), chicken eggs, breadcrumbs (12%), loaf, table salt, ground black pepper. Allergens are highlighted in bold.
Cooking method: Frozen cutlets are fried in sunflower oil (butter) in a preheated pan (under the lid) over low heat, while rolling over as needed, or put in a preheated oven and baked for about 20 minutes.
Refreezing is not allowed.
