Pork Buckwheat Cutlets (Hrechanyky)

Ingredients:  pork (15%), pork fat (15%), boiled buckwheat groats (13%),  wheat breadcrumbs (6%), onions,  eggs, salt, ground black pepper.

Allergens are highlighted in bold.

Cooking Instructions: thaw the buckwheat patties at room temperature, then pan-fry on a preheated skillet with vegetable oil (or butter) over low heat, turning occasionally.

Do not refreeze.
