Ingredients: lamb (62%), pork fat (18%), onion (16%), fresh herbs (mint), Baharat seasoning (ground black pepper, allspice, turmeric, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, paprika), ground chili pepper, dried garlic, ground black pepper.
