
Fish Cutlets
Ingredients:
Argentine fish fillet (43%), pork lard (24%), wheat loaf (5%), onions (5%), water (5%), eggs, wheat breadcrumbs, salt, ground black pepper.
Allergens are highlighted in bold.
Cooking Instructions: thaw the buckwheat patties at room temperature. Pan-fry on a preheated skillet with vegetable oil (or butter) over low heat, turning occasionally.
Do not refreeze.
