
Pork cutlets
Ingredients: Semi-fat deveined pork (40%), pork fat (17%), wheat loaf (13%), water (13%), wheat breadcrumbs (4%), eggs, onions, salt, ground black pepper. Allergens are highlighted in bold.
Cooking method: Frozen cutlets are fried in sunflower oil (butter) in a preheated pan (under the lid) over low heat, while rolling over as needed, or put in a preheated oven and baked for about 20 minutes.
Refreezing is not allowed.
