Ingredients:
Veal broth (30%), chicken broth (30%), chicken fillet (17%), carrots, onions, dried garlic, gelatin, fresh herbs, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation Instructions:
Thaw the chicken aspic completely. Transfer to a saucepan and heat until just before boiling. Do not boil. Pour into molds or serving containers and refrigerate until fully set.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
