Lamb Khinkali

Ingredients: Lamb (trimmed) (37%), premium wheat flour (25%), onion, pork fat, drinking water, fresh herbs (cilantro, mint), salt, “Baharat” spice blend (ground black pepper, allspice, turmeric, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, paprika), ground chili pepper, starch.

Allergens are indicated in bold.

Cooking Instructions:

Drop frozen khinkali into boiling water (6 pieces per 2 liters of water). Bring back to a boil and, stirring gently, cook for 12–15 minutes. Remove the cooked khinkali from the water. Best eaten by holding them by the “tail.”
Do not refreeze.
