Bryndza Crepes

Ingredients: cow’s milk (40%), cheese “Brynza” (38%), premium wheat flour (16%), butter, eggs, fresh dill, fresh parsley, dried garlic, water, white crystalline sugar, salt, ground black pepper. Allergens are highlighted in bold.

Cooking method: crepes are defrosted at room temperature and fried in preheated  oil (butter) over low heat, while rolling over as needed.

Refreezing is not allowed.
