
Benderiki with Savory Cheese
Ingredients: milk (35%), premium wheat flour (14%), cheddar cheese (10%), farmer’s cheese (10%), chicken eggs (10%), bryndza cheese (9%), cream 18%, water, butter, Parmesan cheese, white granulated sugar, salt, ground black pepper.
Allergens are highlighted in bold.
Cooking Instructions: pan-fry the benderiki in oil (or butter) on a preheated skillet over low heat for 2–3 minutes. Turn them over, cover with a lid, and cook for another 5–7 minutes.
Do not refreeze.
