Home-made sausage

Ingredients: semi-fat  pork (64%),  water (14%), dried garlic (2%), mustard seeds (0.4%), natural casing, salt, ground black pepper. Allergens are highlighted in bold.

Cooking method: the sausage is defrosted at room temperature from 30 minutes to 1 hour. It is baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C – 200°C. Shelf life and storage conditions: 90 days at a temperature not exceeding -18°C to – 24°C, 2-3 days at a temperature of +0°C to +5°C.

Refreezing is not allowed.
