
Benderiki
Ingredients: cow’s milk (43%), pork (24%), premium wheat flour (17%), onions (5%), water (3%), butter, chicken eggs, white crystalline sugar, salt, ground black pepper. Allergens are highlighted in bold.
Cooking method: Benderiki are defrosted at room temperature, egg batter is made, if desired, and benderiki are fried in preheated oil (butter) over low heat.
Refreezing is not allowed.
