
Pork Khinkali
Ingredients: premium wheat flour (30%), pork (29%), water (20%), onions (7%), fresh cilantro, fresh dill, fresh parsley, potato starch, salt, ground black pepper, ground red pepper, utskho-suneli spice.

Cooking method: frozen khinkali are put into boiling salted water. They are brought to a boil while stirring and cooked for 10-12 minutes. Cooked khinkali are taken out from the water and dressed to taste (with butter or sour cream).
Refreezing is not allowed.
