Syrnyky with Lemon Cream

Ingredients: syrnyky mixture (83.6%) (farmer’s cheese (68.6%), white granulated sugar (6.2%), premium wheat flour (5.4%), chicken eggs (2.9%), vanilla sugar (1.7%)), filling (14%) (custard cream (7.6%), sugar (2.6%), chicken eggs (2.4%), fresh lemon juice (1.6%), butter 72% (0.8%), corn starch (0.1%)), corn flour (2.4%).

Cooking Instructions: unpack and arrange in a single layer. Defrost in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours. Pan-fry on a preheated skillet over medium heat with added oil or butter, cooking on both sides until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side).

Refreezing is not allowed.
