Baby Syrnyky with Quail Eggs and Raspberry

Ingredients: farmer’s cheese (75%), quail eggs (8%), premium wheat flour, corn flour, white granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, freeze-dried raspberries (1%), salt.

Cooking Instructions: unpack and arrange in a single layer. Defrost in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours. Pan-fry on a preheated skillet over medium heat with added oil or butter, cooking on both sides until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side).
